If you’re taking part in MMNY, here’s a rough idea of what to expect, on our end, over the next few weeks:
Today: Listings go online
Thursday, June 3rd: Neighborhood-specific maps & fliers available to download and print out
Friday, June 4th: Metro NY’s MMNY program & poster available, distribution begins
Week of June 8th: Copies of MMNY sound permits, park permits mailed to locations & musicians
On your end, we expect venues and musicians to be in touch with each other, finalize logistical issues, discuss the options in case of rain, and promote the performances in all the ways you normally would.
